• Submit a soft‑copy quotation by email to [email protected] (or [email protected]) on or before 13 February 2026, 15:00 CAT.
• All required documents must be attached to the same email:
• Minimum two signed reference letters on the client’s business letterhead, stating scope, contact name, number and position.
• Fully completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
• Proof of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) or evidence of an active application.
• Tax clearance certificate and PIN number.
• B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Completed pricing schedule (all items, inclusive of VAT, no alternative format).
• Any additional documents required for specific goals (CIPC registration, shareholder certificates, ID copies).
• Failure to provide any of the above may lead to immediate disqualification.
• Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT; any deviation from the prescribed pricing schedule will result in rejection.
• The quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the submission date.

Stage 1 – Administrative Requirements: compliance with CSD registration, completed SBD forms, tax clearance, B‑BBEE proof and reference letters. All must be satisfied to proceed.

Stage 2 – Mandatory Requirements: submission of the two reference letters as described; failure to provide them results in disqualification.

Stage 3 – Price and ATNS Specific Goals (80/20 Preference Point System):

• Price component – 80 points (bid price must be quoted as per schedule, inclusive of VAT).
• Specific Goals – 20 points, allocated as:
• 10 points for ≥51 % Black ownership.
• 10 points for ≥30 % Women ownership.
• Verification documents for specific goals: CIPC registration, shareholder certificates, ID copies, and CSD report.

Supply and deliver complete science apparatus kits for Grades 10‑12 to the secondary school at 1077 Tlebebe Section, Ga‑Luka Village, Rustenburg (North‑West). Required kits include:

• Physics: Dynamics Kit, Force Board set, Ripple Tank set, Light Kit, Electricity & Electrostatics kit, etc.
• Chemistry: Balance beam, beakers, flasks, burettes, burners, glassware, reagents, chemicals, liquids, safety kits, etc.
• All items listed in Annexure A must be provided in the quantities specified.
• Delivery must be completed within 7 days of appointment.
• Supplier must provide SHE files and obtain site access certificate if work is performed at an ATNS airport site (risk assessment, method statement, waste management plan, medical certificates, PPE register, etc.).

• Provide a fully completed pricing schedule for each item; prices must be in ZAR and inclusive of VAT.
• No alternative pricing format is accepted; non‑compliance leads to disqualification.
• No explicit performance bond, guarantee or payment terms are stipulated in the document.
• Quotation validity: 60 days from submission (tax and B‑BBEE certificates must remain current).
