Management & CVs of Key Personnel (max 30 points: 0 for no/insufficient CVs, 20 for 1-2 key personnel, 40 for 3, 60 for 4, 80 for 4+1 additional, 100 for 4+2 additional; required roles: Site Agent (NQF 6+ Civil Engineering), General Foreman (NQF 5+ Civil/Building), Abrasive Blasting employee, SACPCMP-registered Safety Officer; additional: Painter, Welder). Health & Safety (max 10 points: Baseline Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Policy/Organisation/Safety Management Involvement). 4) Price and Preference: 80/20 split.
