Other rules: - bids must be submitted in english. - NO services may be rendered before an official commission purchase order is received. - Bidders must not canvass commission officers between closing and award. - Bidders must not make news releases about the RFQ without consent.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender reference number CPSC/B/187/2026 and deposited in the bid box at the department of defence, central procurement service centre, corner of stephanus schoeman and van riebeeck streets, thaba tshwane, pretoria, before the closing date and time.
