Submit bids exclusively via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Email submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: fully completed and signed SBD Forms (SBD1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), Quotation on Company Letterhead aligned to ATNS Pricing Schedule (Annexure A), and SBD 3.1. Bids must be concise, in plain English, and structured as prescribed. Non-compliance with submission format or missing documents will result in disqualification. Late bids will not be accepted.

• Submission must be made exclusively via the E-TENDER PORTAL. • Email submissions will not be considered. • Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. • Required returnables: Signed SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1), POPIA consent form, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and CSD summary report with tax compliance status. • Bidders may be requested to courier hard copies of certifications (qualifications, COIDA, etc.) within 3 working days of a request.

Late submissions will not be accepted. • Required returnable documents include: Fully completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), a signed POPIA consent form, a B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit, a full CSD report with SARS tax compliance status, a complete and signed pricing schedule, and a Certificate of Acceptability for food premises from the municipality. • You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide your CSD registration number. • Disqualification risks: Late or incomplete submissions; failure to provide required documents; collusion with other bidders; not being registered on the CSD; and providing false information in the bidder's declaration. • The NLC may request hard copies of certified documents within 3 working days; failure to submit renders the bid non-responsive.
