Quotations must be on company letterhead or official template, include company details, contact information, VAT number (if applicable), and authorized signature. Prices must be inclusive of VAT and remain valid for 60 days after the closing date. No queries allowed 12 hours prior to closing.
Submit bids exclusively via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Email submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: fully completed and signed SBD Forms (SBD1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), Quotation on Company Letterhead aligned to ATNS Pricing Schedule (Annexure A), and SBD 3.1. Bids must be concise, in plain English, and structured as prescribed. Non-compliance with submission format or missing documents will result in disqualification. Late bids will not be accepted.
