• Submit quotations via email to: [email protected]. • Only submissions sent to and received from this email address on or before the closing date and time will be considered. • Faxed and emailed tender documents are accepted, but the onus is on you to ensure complete documents are received by the siu by the due time. • Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. • All pages of the quotation must be signed by the responsible person. • The quote must be valid for a period of 30 days. • Quotations must be submitted on the company letterhead. • All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not to be re-typed) or in the manner prescribed. • Any alterations to the tender document other than filling in your details and price will automatically disqualify you. • The proposal submitted becomes the property of the siu and will not be returned. • Quotations to be returned to: [email protected]. • The service provider shall commit to post-support service where required by siu. • Payment is based on deliverables achieved, within 30 days of invoice receipt. • Csd tax compliance status must be verifiable on the csd summary report. • Siu reserves the right to invite suppliers/companies to present their bid proposals for final decision.

Required documents: signed sbd forms (sbd 1, sbd 4, sbd 6.1), Popia consent form, b-bbee certificate or sworn affidavit, full csd report with SARS tax compliance status, NLC pricing schedule, and municipality certificate of acceptability for food premises (eastern cape). Do not deliver goods or services without an official purchase order. Bidders must bring their own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, cups, and serviettes. Hard copies of additional documents (e.g., Coida, qualifications) may be requested within 3 working days of an NLC SCM request.
