• Submit one (1) hardcopy of the bid proposal: original compliance, technical, and price proposal (for local content if applicable). • Delivery: hardcopy only to the bid box at 1909 riverside office park, cnr lenchen and heuwel avenue, hennops house, centurion. • Deadline: strictly by 11:00 AM on 02 july 2026. Late bids will be rejected. • Forms: use official forms (do not retype). Complete and sign sbd 1, sbd 4, sbd 6.1, And other prescribed documents (sbd 3.1, 6.2 Where applicable). • Compliance: include proof of csd registration (register at https://secure.csd.gov.za/ If not already done). Submit tax compliance status pin or csd master registration number (maaa) for verification. • Amendments: do not alter bid documents unless correcting errors or following employer instructions. Any changes must be signed by an authorised signatory with an accompanying letter on official letterhead. • Format: bids in pencil or erasable ink will be disqualified. Typing is permitted. • Sub-contracting: maximum 25% of contract value allowed. Submit a signed sub-contracting agreement detailing roles and responsibilities. • Joint ventures/consortiums: submit a jv/consortium agreement indicating the lead partner and percentage sharing, plus a joint b-bbee certificate or affidavit. • Validity: bids remain valid for 120 days from submission date.
