Late bids are not accepted. • Additional offers must be submitted under separate cover; multiple offers in one envelope are not allowed. • Include mandatory returnable documents: building area certificate (sapoa), zoning certificate, municipal account (not older than 60 days), electrical compliance certificate, fire regulation compliance certificate, occupational health & safety regulation certificate. • Provide proof of property ownership (certified title deed) or power of attorney/deed of sale. • Submit a property prospectus with schematic drawings, GPS location, physical address, and stand/erf number. • Include letters of undertaking for compliance certificates (OHS, electrical, fire, universal access) and building support services (water, electricity, sanitation, refuse removal).
