• Submit by 30 June 2026 at 11:00 at Department of Agriculture, Supply Chain Management Offices, Office No 109, ECRDA Building, 52 Sprigg Street, Mthatha, 5099. • Use official forms; do not retype. Late bids are not accepted. • Additional offers must be submitted under separate cover; multiple offers in one envelope are not allowed. • Include mandatory returnable documents: Building Area Certificate (SAPOA), Zoning Certificate, Municipal account (not older than 60 days), Electrical Compliance Certificate, Fire Regulation Compliance Certificate, Occupational Health & Safety Regulation Certificate. • Provide proof of property ownership (certified title deed) or power of attorney/deed of sale. • Submit a property prospectus with schematic drawings, GPS location, physical address, and stand/ERF number. • Include letters of undertaking for compliance certificates (OHS, electrical, fire, universal access) and building support services (water, electricity, sanitation, refuse removal).

Submit the completed original tender document and all supporting documentation in a single sealed envelope. Mark the envelope clearly with: the tenderer’s name and address, tender number (114_2025-2026T), tender title, and closing date. Deposit the envelope in the tender box at the specified address by 07 July 2026 at 12h00. No faxed or emailed submissions are accepted. Use only the bid documentation provided by Senqu Municipality. Tenders will be opened in public shortly after the closing time. The municipality reserves the right to accept the lowest or any tender, in whole or in part.
