Photocopies of bid documents are permitted but must bear original signatures. Each page of the bid must be initialed. Alterations must be initialed; correcting fluid is prohibited. Bids will be opened in public after the closing time. Mandatory: attend compulsory briefing session; failure to comply with any requirement may result in disqualification.
