Submit completed bid documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'LEASE OF MANAGED OFFICE SPACE'. Deposit in the Bid Box at Trade and Investment House, 1 Arundel Close, Kingsmead Office Park, Durban, by 12h00 noon on 09 July 2026. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically/faxed submissions will be disqualified. Bid documents are available for download at no cost from the TIKZN website (www.tikzn.co.za) and E-tender Portal from 18 June 2026. TIKZN Supply Chain Management Policy applies. TIKZN reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.

Submit proposals to the DTPC offices on or before 15H00 (South African time) on 03 July 2026. Documents must be clearly marked: 'CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE LEASING AND OPERATION OF THE BILLBOARD SITE WITHIN DUBE TRADEPORT PRECINCT.' Requests for documents are allowed from 08 June 2026 until a suitable proposal is received. Requests must be submitted via email (Mon–Fri, 08h30–16h00), and all documents will be issued via email. No physical collection is required.

Submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) electronically via the Eskom E-tendering portal: https://etendering.eskom.co.za. All required documents must be uploaded before the closing date and time. Your submission must include: name of the owner, contact details, property location, site layout plans, gross lettable areas (warehouse, office, yard), building specifications and age, utility capacities (power, water), fire and safety compliance confirmation, title/zoning/approval status, availability date, and commercial terms (optional). Eskom reserves the right to conduct site inspections and request additional information. Do not submit confidential information, as all submissions are non-confidential.

Submit bids in hardcopy only: 1 original Compliance and Technical Proposal (and Price Proposal where applicable). Deposit bids in the bid box at: 1909 Riverside Office Park, Cnr Lenchen and Heuwel Avenue, Hennops House, Centurion. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms provided (do not re-type). Bid validity period: 120 days from submission date. Do not use pencil or erasable ink. Any alterations must be signed by an authorised signatory and accompanied by a letter on official letterhead. Failure to comply may disqualify the bid.

The envelope must be clearly endorsed with the Bid Number and Title, and the bidder's name and address must be written on the back. Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. Use black ink only; no correction fluid or tape is permitted. All documents must be submitted on the official forms provided without re-typing.

Submit bids in a sealed envelope with bid number (ZNT6085W) and closing date clearly marked. Deliver to the designated bid box at Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Midlands Region Office, 40 Shepstone Road, Ladysmith. Bids must be received by 11h00 on 08 June 2026. Late, faxed, emailed, telephonic, or telegraphic submissions will not be accepted. Bids must include: completed KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government bidding forms (Parts A and B), signed bidder declaration, proof of CSD registration, tax clearance certificate (original SARS-issued), pricing schedule (firm prices only, valid for 90 days from closing date), and preference points claim form. Photocopies of bid documents are permitted but must bear original signatures. Each page of the bid must be initialed. Alterations must be initialed; correcting fluid is prohibited. Bids will be opened in public after the closing time. Mandatory: attend compulsory briefing session; failure to comply with any requirement may result in disqualification.
