Sign the submission register with correct description and RFQ number (EHCDRAIN/2026). late submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: completed pricing schedule, signed mbd forms, and all mandatory compliance documents. Failure to sign the register or submit in the red box results in automatic disqualification.

Required documents: completed RFQ documents, completed pricing schedule, certified director’s ID copy (not older than 3 months), cipc registration proof (with directors’ full names and ID numbers), up-to-date municipal account/statement (or valid lease agreement if lessee), company pricing on letterhead, valid b-bbee certificate/affidavit, valid tax pin, csd report, bank letter (not older than 3 months), signed mbd forms, and latest 3 months’ bank statements (or proof of short-term finance). Failure to sign the submission register or include RFQ number/description results in automatic disqualification.
