Outer envelope must be marked with tender number RFP/LAB/ACIDHYD/2026/01. • Electronic submission: Share via Microsoft OneDrive with [email protected] and [email protected]. Must include PDF (Technical Proposal) and MS Excel (Pricing Proposal). • Two-envelope system: Envelope 1 (Technical Proposal) must contain NO pricing. Envelope 2 (Pricing Proposal) must contain ONLY pricing. Both envelopes must be sealed and placed in an outer envelope. • Required documents in Technical Proposal: Cover letter, Table of Contents, written technical proposal, completed specification document, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate, Tax Compliance Pin Certificate. For joint ventures/consortiums: signed agreement, tax certificates of members, proof of ownership/shareholder certificates, company registration certificates. • Required in Pricing Proposal: SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule (MS Excel, unencrypted). • Deadline: 24 June 2026 at 11:00. No late submissions accepted. • Disqualification risks: Missing documents, pricing in Technical Proposal, technical info in Pricing Proposal, non-compliance with submission format or instructions, failure to meet envelope requirements.

Submit in a sealed envelope to EHC head office (Cnr Victoria Street and Linton Jones Street, Germiston 1400, next to Fire Station). Drop in the RED TENDER BOX at reception. Sign the submission register with correct description and RFQ number (EHCDRAIN/2026). Late submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: Completed pricing schedule, signed MBD Forms, and all mandatory compliance documents. Failure to sign the register or submit in the red box results in automatic disqualification.

Envelope must state RFQ NO: EHC/PLR/2026 and description. Late submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: Completed RFQ documents, completed pricing schedule, certified Director’s ID copy (not older than 3 months), CIPC registration proof (with directors’ full names and ID numbers), up-to-date municipal account/statement (or valid lease agreement if lessee), company pricing on letterhead, valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, valid Tax PIN, CSD report, bank letter (not older than 3 months), signed MBD Forms, and latest 3 months’ bank statements (or proof of short-term finance). Failure to sign the submission register or include RFQ number/description results in automatic disqualification.
