Productivity SA Tenders & RFQ's

This RFP invites bids for the leasing of office space for the productivity SA cape town branch office. Bidders must submit two copies of each file (one original and one duplicate) and one USB with the content of each file, each marked and sealed separately. Each page of the tender document must be initialled in the bottom right-hand corner. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, not re-typed. The closing date is 09 october 2026 at 10:30am (south african standard time). Bidders must remain compliant throughout the contract. Bidders must not be listed on the national treasury's database of restricted suppliers or the register for tender defaulters, and must not have been convicted of fraud or corruption in the past five years. Bidders must not have had a contract terminated by an organ of state in the past five years for failure to perform. The 80/20 preference point system applies, with points for price and specific goals including HDI ownership and equity ownership by women. Bidders must complete and submit the required standard bidding documents, including sbd 1 (tax compliance), sbd 4 (declaration of interest), sbd 9 (certificate of independent bid determination), and the preference point claim form. Foreign suppliers must complete the questionnaire for foreign suppliers. Bidders must provide their SARS tax compliance pin or csd number, and a valid tax clearance certificate must be submitted with the bid.
