Pricing Schedule

If the price is subject to annual adjustment, the provider must submit a proposed pricing schedule in the format of Annexure B before each anniversary of the Commencement Date. Payments are made by electronic funds transfer to the bank account on the central supplier database. Undisputed invoices are paid within 30 days of receipt; disputed invoices are notified within 14 days. The provider must include sufficient detail in invoices, including deliverables, time spent, personnel, and supporting documents. SANParks may set off amounts due to it against amounts payable. The provider indemnifies SANParks against losses from incorrect invoices, supporting documentation, or bank details.

The provider must also comply with SANParks' health, safety, security, environmental, and other standards.
