• Proof of CSD Registration.
• Valid Tax PIN printout from SARS.
• Fully completed and signed MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MDB9.
• Municipal account, lease agreement, or tribal lands proof of residence as per CIPC.
• For joint ventures: valid Tax PIN printouts of all partners and a signed agreement indicating the lead partner.
• Past three years financial statements.
