Returnable documents: a Certificate of Compliance and a Certified Material Test Report (CMTR) in accordance with ASME NQA-1 Article P1000, with original mill certificates. Mechanical: one tensile test per heat per par. 10 of SA-234; at least two pieces per batch hardness tested, maximum 197 HBW; hydrostatic testing not required; records to prove pressure design adequacy per NB-3642.2 and NB-3612.1(b). Manufacturing: starting material per par. 7 of SA-234; fittings shall be seamless. Workmanship, finish and appearance per par. 15 of SA-960.
