Open to various company types including partnerships, sole proprietorships, close corporations, and (Pty) Ltd companies. Bidders must comply with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022. Youth defined as persons aged 14-35 as of the original tender closing date. EMEs (enterprises with annual revenue ≤ R5 million) are recognized. All claims must be substantiated with certified documentation.

To claim preference points for Specific Goals, bidders must provide certified supporting documentation:

• For Black, Women, and Youth ownership claims: Submit a certified copy of ID, certified company registration document, CSD full detail report, and a certified BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit to substantiate ownership equity.
• For Disabled ownership claims: Submit a medical certificate from a practitioner registered with the HPCSA confirming the disability.

• You must complete, sign, and return the Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) form with your quotation. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• Quotations received after the closing date and time (14 July 2026 at 16:00) will not be accepted.

• Scope: Supply of advert space for recruitment in the Sunday Times newspaper.
• Advert size: 210 x 148 mm.
• Quantity: 3 placements (each).
• Placement schedule: Adverts to be placed as and when required.

• Provide a detailed quote specifying services and costs. Market-related prices will be negotiated with the preferred service provider.
• All quoted prices must be valid (firm) for the duration of the order. Prices dependent on exchange rates must factor in escalations.
• Stats SA will not provide upfront payment. Payment will be made upon receipt of goods/services and within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.

• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Required documents to submit include:

• A valid Tax Clearance Certificate (e-filing copy).
• Certified copy of ID document.
• Original or certified copy of company registration (CIPC).

• You must claim and substantiate points for Specific Goals (B-BBEE) as per the evaluation criteria, providing proof of equity ownership for Black, Women, Disabled, and Youth categories.
