Documents with correction fluid (tippex) will be disqualified. • Submit the complete original tender document; missing pages will result in disqualification. • Include a copy of the board resolution authorizing the signatory to submit the bid. • Do not contact the municipality regarding your bid from the opening date until the contract is awarded; any additional information must be submitted in writing. • Ensure you are registered on the cwdm supplier database and the central supplier database before the closing date. • Hard copies of the tender document are available from the supply chain management unit at 29 du toit street, stellenbosch, for a non-refundable fee of r274.00.
