them by ACSA. Bidders should note that they can only source these services from the currently pre-

approved ACSA panel of licensed security service providers, namely;

(Please note that this is the current list of security service providers, the winning bidder will be required

• Bidders are responsible for the cleaning and management of the holding areas assigned to them.

• The winning bidders will be required to submit their Security and Safety plans for assessment by the

ACSA Security division at contracting stage.

• Bidders are responsible to maintain the parking bays and faciliites allocated to them in the condition they

found it in. Should there be a need for repairs, it is the responsibility of the service provider to report it to

the ACSA Contract Manager. Bidders should note that if the reason for the repairs is the responsibility

of the service provider, ACSA will recoup its costs from the service provider at fault.

• Bidders are responsible for the payment of the utilitiy bills for their allocated offices. These bills will be

shared by the contract manager at the end of each month.

• Bidders will be provided with a connection point for telephones and internet. The devices used will have

to be provided by the bidder at their own cost and with the landlord’s consent. Bidders should note that

the internet bill will be shared by the contract manager at the end of each month (should the bidder

connect to the ACSA internet facilities)

• Bidders will be required to conform to the management rules at the airport. Spot fines will be levied for

transgressions of these management rules. The rules willl be shared at contracting stage.

• The successful bidder will allow ACSA to conduct site inspections at regular intervals or as and when

ACSA requires. Should any infringements be found, the successful bidder shall undertake to make

provisions for ACSA review meetings until the infringement is resolved.

• The successful bidder shall also undertake to make provisions for ACSA stakeholder meetings and

customer care training, the frequency of which will be advised by the relevant ACSA contract manager.

• Bidders are required to operate from the location allocated to them by ACSA.

The winning bidder will be required to comply with all permit requirements. No permit= no taxi operation.

Bidders are required to brand their vehicles as per the picture below. The branding must include:

4.2 Other Returnable Documents and information

4.3 Validity of submitted information

SECTION 5: RETURNABLE DOCUMENTS

5.1 DECLARATION OF INTEREST AND POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS FORM

Making a Declaration

Any legal person or persons having a relationship with persons employed by ACSA, including a blood

relationship, may submit a bid in terms of this tender document. In view of possible allegations of unfairness,

should the resulting bid, or part thereof, be awarded to persons connected with or related to ACSA employees,

it is required that the bidder or his/her authorised representative declare his/her position in relation to ACSA

employees or any member of the evaluation or adjudication committee which will consider bids.

ACSA requires all bidders to declare that they have not acted in any manner inconsistent with the law, policy, or
