Disqualification risks: - late or incomplete submissions invalidate the quotation. - Failure to meet any mandatory or SCM administrative requirement leads to disqualification without further evaluation. - Quotation must remain valid for 90 days from closing date.

1. Mandatory csd registration: the bidder must be registered on the central supplier database and include the csd report or registration number in the bid. 2. Tax compliance: the bidder must be tax-compliant, either by providing a SARS tax compliance status (tcs) pin or proof of registration for a tcs pin, and each party in a consortium/jv/subcontracting arrangement must submit a separate tcs certificate/pin/csd number. 3. Experience scoring (50 points): the bidder must submit signed reference letters from previous or current clients; 5 or more letters earn 50 points, 4 letters earn 40 points, and fewer earn proportionally less. 4. Disaster recovery and business continuity plan (20 points): the bidder must submit a plan addressing all four specified scenarios with clear recovery procedures. 5. Mandatory documents: submit proof of registration of the bidder's information officer with the information regulator, and proof of public liability insurance (copy of policy or letter of intention). 6. Non-disclosure and confidentiality: the bidder must sign a non-disclosure agreement with the ppsa, and all information gathered during the contract remains ppsa property; the bidder must comply with the protection of information act. 7. NO cession or subcontracting: the successful bidder may not cede, assign, or subcontract any part of the agreement without prior written authorization from the ppsa. 8. Bid validity and binding offer: the bid must remain binding for the validity period stated in the RFP, and the bidder must warrant that pricing is free of errors and covers all specified work.

Submit a quotation on company letterhead. The quotation must clearly state the delivery period. Complete and submit sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure) and sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim form). Bidders claiming b-bbee preference points must submit proof of b-bbee status level. Bidders must not be listed on the register for tender defaulters or the list of restricted suppliers. Payment is made only after full delivery of goods and services.

Proof of purchase for the tender document must be attached (eft receipt or manual receipt, including for downloaded documents).
