detailed scope of work is outlined under Annexure A The overall objective of the project is to independently audit and certify the beneficiary company in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. These include:

durations of the project will be six (6) months from contract signing. 3.1. The scope of work includes but not limited to:

9001:2015 quality management system Certificate awarding 4 PRICING REQUIREMENTS 4.1 Pricing must be provided in South African Rand (including all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts). 4.2 Prices that are subject to escalation and exchange rate fluctuations are to be clearly indicated, with the currency and ROE used in the quotation must be clearly indicated. 4.3 Price should include additional cost elements such as freight, insurance until acceptance, duty where applicable, etc. 4.4 Payment will be according to the CSIR Payment Terms and Conditions. 4.5 Please provide a detail pricing using a Pricing Schedule outlined under Annexure B. Bidders are to price their quotations using the Pricing Schedule. Explanatory notes must be provided in the quotation when deviating from the Pricing
