Attendance at the compulsory tender clarification meeting on 18 February 2026 at 11H30 is mandatory; tenderers arriving after 11H45 will not be allowed to join, and no bids will be accepted from bidders who did not attend. Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) to conduct business with the municipality. Bids will not be considered from persons in the service of the state as defined in the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations.
