Scope: Optimize fit and supply improved drainage at 5 blocks. Key deliverables: Enlarge downpipes, drill extra 110 mm drainage holes in 5 concrete roof slabs, supply and fit 110 mm PVC drainpipes from 3rd floor to ground level (including clamping accessories), and modify 5 existing 110 mm PVC drainpipes to accommodate new holes. Standards: Use high-quality materials, SANS 10400-P qualified plumber preferred. References: Minimum 3 written references from previous general maintenance projects required.

Pricing must be VAT inclusive and include all related costs. Submit a completed pricing schedule with unit prices and totals (UPxQ).
