Lead time: deliver all forklifts within agreed timelines (kick-off meeting). Mandatory: valid load test certificates issued by certified Lifting Machinery Inspector from accredited independent institution per OHSA. Safety: comply with OHSA, submit valid letter of good standing from Department of Labor, adhere to SHEQ SOPs and TIMS SHEQ contractor specifications, implement dust control, provide PPE, no substance abuse. Business continuity plan required with defined team, critical services identification, risk mitigations, testing, crisis communication, backup contracts with alternative suppliers (response time defined).
