Bidders must score at least 35 out of 50 to be invited to a formal demonstration (virtual MS Teams/ZOOM).
References: Provide at least three contactable references (not older than 5 years) for B-BBEE management software solutions, including client name, contact person, telephone number, nature of services, and contract period.
Preference points: 80/20 system – price 80 points, B-BBEE status level up to 20 points (Level 1 = 20, Level 2 = 18, Level 3 = 14, Level 4 = 12, Level 5 = 8, Level 6 = 6, Level 7 = 4, Level 8 = 2, non-compliant = 0). Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) to claim points.
Compliance documents: CSD registration (proof required), completed and signed Annexure A, SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), and tax clearance status on CSD.
Pricing: Provide a ceiling price inclusive of VAT for the full 36-month period; indicate whether rates are firm for the full period and provide a cost breakdown. SAWS may request audited financial statements and conduct a due diligence site visit before award.
