• Expand the tender info, start e-submission, login with CSD credentials, attach compulsory documents, confirm and proceed.
• Quotations must be on company letterhead and in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or pictures are not allowed).
• Quotations received after 28 May 2026 at 12:00pm will not be accepted.
• Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Failure to include taxes will lead to disqualification.

• Proof of CSD registration/MAAA supplier number.

• Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders.

• Signed Declaration of Interest (MBD 4).

• Declaration of Bidder’s past supply chain management practices (MBD 8).

• Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9).

• Preference points claim form (MBD 6.1).

• No RFQ will be considered from persons in the service of the state.

Evaluation will use the 80/20 point scoring system:

• 80 points allocated to price (lowest acceptable tender scores highest).
• 20 points allocated to specific goals as per PPPFA 2022.
• Specific goal: Must be an SMME (EME or QSE) with 51% or more Black ownership by Black People. Proof required: Valid BBBEE Certificate or compliant sworn affidavit.
• Legal disqualifications apply if:

• Bidder is in the service of the state or related to state employees involved in evaluation.

• Bidder is blacklisted by National Treasury or listed in the Register of Tender Defaulters.

• Bidder has convictions for fraud/corruption in the past 5 years.

• Scope: Supply and delivery of coupling shouldered SG42 for high impact MPVC pipe.

• Deliverables:

• Coupling Shouldered SG42 160mm for High Impact MPVC Pipe: Quantities required per line item: 100, 150, 100, 150, 200, 100 (total 800 units).

• Coupling Shouldered SG42 110mm for High Impact MPVC Pipe: Quantities required per line item: 200, 100, 100, 150, 150 (total 700 units).

• Required standards: Must provide manufacturer datasheet and brand names for all items.

• Delivery locations: Langlaagte, Midrand, Hamberg, Randburg, Klipspruit, Avalon, Southdalae, Ennerdale & Zandfontein.

• Quotation must be fully inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT).
• Price quoted in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be exclusive of VAT, but the final total must include VAT.
• Failure to include all applicable taxes will lead to disqualification.
• Quotation validity period: 60 days.
• No specific payment terms, bonds, or guarantees are detailed.

• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Submit proof of CSD registration/MAAA supplier number.

• Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or valid SARS PIN.

• Submit a valid BBBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit compliant with B-BBEE practice notes. Non-compliant affidavits will be scored zero.
