Joint ventures must record all entity names in the attendance register at the compulsory briefing session. Tender documents will not be issued on the day of the compulsory briefing session or after.

Mandatory prequalification criteria: Service provider must be a Cisco Network Partner and Cisco Services Partner. For UMH1692: Must hold Manage Engine Platinum Partner and Sophos Platinum Partner certificates. For UMH1693: Key personnel (engineers) must hold Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Call Control & Mobility Implementation, Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core, Cisco Black Belt Webex Collaboration Suite Deployment Stage 1, and Cisco Black Belt Webex Contact Centre Deployment Stage 1. Additionally, must be an APEX BI Co-Branded Partner. Evaluation includes compliance with Regulation 44 of SCM Regulations (no state employees or their associates). Attendance at the compulsory briefing session and signing the register is mandatory (including for joint ventures). Successful bidders must implement a Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative.

Scope for UMH1692: Maintenance of Cisco network devices for 36 months. Scope for UMH1693: Support, maintenance, and upgrade of existing IP telephone system including call centre module for 36 months. Service provider must meet all Cisco partnership and certification requirements as specified in prequalification criteria. Only bids with required certifications will be considered.
