Summary
Atns is seeking a service provider to deliver an organisational culture masterclass and workshops for its general employees across multiple regions in south africa. Key Requirements
Submit bids online via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system only; email submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be split into Parcel A (Administrative, Mandatory, Functionality) and Parcel B (Pricing and Preference Points).
Lead Facilitator must have an NQF Level 8 qualification and 10 years' relevant experience; two Supporting Facilitators must have NQF Level 7 qualifications and 5 years' experience. Certificates must be SAQA-accredited and not older than 3 months from closing date.
Achieve a minimum of 70 out of 100 points in the Functionality stage, which assesses company experience (40 points), proposed methodology (40 points), and understanding of ATNS operational context (20 points).
Provide a fully completed SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule with all line items priced, including all applicable taxes and delivery costs. Bids without complete pricing will be non-responsive.
Submit all mandatory compliance documents: SARS Tax Compliance PIN, CSD registration report, CIPC documents, proof of shareholding, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and completed SBD forms (SBD 1 Part A & B, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
Preference points (20) are available for 51% Black Owned suppliers; claims must be substantiated with CSD report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies, and B-BBEE certificate.
