Submissions must be made exclusively via the ATNS e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Email submissions will not be accepted. Bids must include all required SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1) and supporting documentation. Failure to complete the pricing schedule in full (100%) will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

The evaluation follows three stages: 1) Administrative Requirements (Tax compliance, CSD report, CIPC, signed SBD forms); 2) Mandatory Requirements (Pricing schedule, 2-year warranty certificate, and detailed product specification datasheets for all items); 3) Price and Specific Goals (80/20 preference point system). Specific goals include 10 points for 51% Black-owned suppliers and 10 points for 30% Black woman-owned suppliers.

Supply and delivery of mobile radios and accessories at Bram Fischer International Airport (FABL) on an ad hoc basis for three years. Items include ICOM A24N and A120 transceivers, various antennas (FA-B02AR, Blackjack 100, Magnetic Whip), microphones (HM-231, HM-216, HOLMCO MH-50-D.1), and base station equipment (KRT2-TB2). Delivery must occur within 7 working days of an official order.

Pricing must be submitted using the provided Annexure A pricing schedule. All costs, including delivery and off-loading, must be included in the bid price. The pricing schedule must be fully completed for all line items for all three years.

Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory. Bidders must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN. B-BBEE status must be supported by a certificate or sworn affidavit. CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies of shareholders are required to verify specific goals.
