Must provide evidence of OHS training and induction programs. Subcontractor Management: Must have a defined process for selecting and managing subcontractors/suppliers. Must ensure subcontractors/suppliers have adequate resources and competencies.

Handle all non-conformances/non-compliance by contractors/suppliers (all tiers) directly, following performance and penalty processes.
