Scope of work:

Roof repairs and waterproofing: 120 m².
Reconfiguration of one office (12 m²) on First Floor into a fully operational kitchen.
Installation of grey vertical blinds: 56 units of 0.90m x 1.10m and 16 units of 1.50m x 2.60m.
Supply and installation of air-conditioners: 1 x 60000BTU Midwall Inverter for open plan area; 7 x 12000BTU Midwall split for supervisors' offices.
Servicing and maintenance of fire extinguishers (39 units), fire hose reels (23 units), and hydrants (11 units).

All work must comply with OHS Act, environmental by-laws, and industry standards.
Use high-quality materials; goods must be new and free from defects.
Contract period not exceeding two (2) months from award, unless otherwise agreed.
Work may be required after hours, weekends, or public holidays (17:00 – 07:00).

Contract amendments: Only by written amendment signed by both parties.
Subcontracts: Supplier must notify purchaser of all subcontracts.
Delays: Supplier liable for penalties using prime interest rate; purchaser may terminate for default.
Termination: Purchaser may terminate for insolvency, corrupt practices, or failure to deliver.
Dispute resolution: Amicable resolution first; then mediation or court.
Liability: Limited to contract price, except for criminal negligence or willful misconduct.
