Scope: Supply, delivery and installation of shed houses for the Ugu Municipality area.

Quotation Package 1 – Beneficiary: Bongiwe Rosemarry Shazi

• Item 1.1: General shed with flat roof, 2.4m x 3.5m, heavy-duty weather-resistant structure with flat roofing. Quantity: 1 unit.
• Item 1.2: 2 windows with burglar guards, standard glass windows fitted with secure steel burglar guards. Quantity: 1 set (2 windows).
• Item 1.3: Electrics – DB board / double plug / 2 fluorescents, complete electrical distribution board, double power plug point, and 2 fluorescent lights. Quantity: 1 complete set.
• Item 1.4: Delivery and installation, including transport of shed house, materials, assembly and complete site installation. Quantity: 1 lot.

Delivery and installation must be quoted inclusive of transport to the specified beneficiary site within uMgungundlovu District Municipality.

All items must conform to standard quality, structural safety, and electrical safety standards.

Fixed price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursement costs. The pricing schedule provides for one package for beneficiary Bongiwe Rosemarry Shazi: general shed with flat roof, windows with burglar guards, electrical DB board/double plug/2 fluorescents, and delivery and installation, with subtotal (excl. Pricing format: Fixed price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursement costs.

Pricing schedule: Complete all green-shaded blank pricing cells with firm unit prices in ZAR excluding 15% VAT.

The pricing schedule provides for one package (Package 1 – Bongiwe Rosemarry Shazi) with subtotal excluding VAT, 15% VAT, and total package cost including VAT lines.
