Scope: Supply, delivery and installation of symbolic signage at the following Ingquza Hill Local Municipality premises:

• DLTS and VTS
• Old Municipal Offices, Lusikisiki
• Old Municipal Offices, Flagstaff
• New Building Offices, Flagstaff
• Town Hall, Flagstaff

Signage items and quantities:

1. Firearm Carrying Prohibited Sign – 900 mm x 1.2 mm, quantity 6. Features: bold high-quality sign, red circle with diagonal line on white background. Materials: white vinyl, ABS plastic (indoor), chromadek steel (outdoor); durable, fade-resistant, adhesive or hardware mounting.
2. No Smoking Area Sign – 900 mm x 1.2 mm, quantity 6. Features: red circular band, black burning cigarette graphic on white background, red circle with diagonal line. Materials: durable, fade-resistant; adhesive or hardware mounting.
3. Mounting Material – Adhesive tapes for indoor signs (40), mounting hardware screws for outdoor signs (36).
4. Emergency Assembly Point Sign Boards – 900 mm x 1.2 mm, quantity 4. Features: GA26 safety sign with two pillars each, three human figures with arrows per board. Material: ABS plastic.
5. Metal Poles – Galvanised, silver, 4 m height, 50 mm diameter, 2 mm thickness, quantity 8.

All prices must include VAT (15%), delivery, installation, transport, overheads and profit. Firm prices only; non-firm prices subject to exchange-rate variations will not be considered. The appointed service provider must procure and install all signage at the listed premises.

Pricing schedule (MBD 3.1 and MBD 3.3) requires firm prices inclusive of VAT (15%), all taxes, delivery, installation, transport, overheads and profit. Non-firm prices subject to exchange-rate variations are not accepted. Separate pricing schedules required if different delivery points affect pricing. The schedule lists each item with description, size, quantity, unit price and amount, culminating in sub-total, VAT at 15% and grand total. Bidders must indicate brand/model, country of origin, compliance with specifications, deviations if any, delivery period and delivery basis. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed destinations.

Pricing format: firm prices only (MBD 3.1 and MBD 3.3). All prices inclusive of VAT (15%), customs/excise duties, transport, overheads, accommodation and all costs for execution. No price adjustments for exchange-rate variations.

Tender validity: 90 days from closing date; offer irrevocable during this period.

Payment terms: municipality undertakes to pay within 30 days of receipt of invoice accompanied by delivery note (per MBD 7.1 Part 2).
