Scope: Provide aviation compliance support for GSDM drone operations over 36 months, including:

1. Registration of drones (Certificate of Registration).

2. Application and renewal of Letters of Approval (RLA).

3. Amendment of Aircraft Maintenance Programme.

4. Addition of aircraft to Register of Certificates (RoC).

5. Development and amendment of Operations Manual per South African Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs).

6. Facilitation of RoC audit and renewal processes.

7. Management of Air Service Licence (application and amendment).

8. Provide monthly RoC personnel:

• Responsible Person – Flight Operations
• Responsible Person – Aircraft
• Responsible Person – Security
• Manager – Quality
• Manager – Safety
