Source: FQ Document 8.2.21-2026 MN111-2026.pdfBids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Quotation 8/2/21-2026 / MN111-2026: Appointment of a service provider to install and configure Darktrace E-mail solution software for Bergrivier Municipality' and deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 13 Church Street, Piketberg before 12:00 on Monday, 18 May 2026. Bids addressed to any municipal official in their personal capacity will not be considered and will immediately be disqualified. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure bids are placed in the tender box by courier companies. The Municipality will not be held accountable for bids not placed in the tender box by courier companies. Quotations must be valid and binding for 120 days after the closing date.
