Scope: supply, install, configure, test, commission and hand over a complete Server Room Monitoring System for SANAS.

Deliverables:

• Temperature and humidity sensors suitable for data‑centre environments, with configurable upper/lower thresholds.
• Water‑leak detection controller (NC/NO outputs) and full‑length leak‑sensing cable.
• Smoke detection devices appropriate for server rooms.
• Centralised monitoring dashboard with real‑time status, historical logging, configurable alarm thresholds, role‑based user access and alerting to a minimum of three users via email and SMS.
• 24 × 7 continuous monitoring.
• Installation according to manufacturer best practices, testing of all sensors/alarms, provision of as‑built documentation and basic user training.
• All equipment must be new, commercially supported and manufacturer‑certified.

Additional requirements: proof of experience with at least three similar server‑room or data‑centre projects completed in the last 5 years, and three contactable reference letters.

• Quote must be in South African Rand, firm, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• No separate bond or guarantee is mentioned.
