• Pricing schedule: completed using the provided template with unit prices, totals, VAT and summary amounts.
• Proof of SARS tax compliance: CSD report or SARS e-filing PIN (each consortium/joint venture/sub-contractor party must submit separately).

Specific goals and points: Youth Owned Institutions = 10 points; Women Owned Institutions = 5 points; Ownership by persons with disabilities = 5 points. Bidders must indicate points claimed in SBD 6.1 and attach B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit. Failure to submit proof means specific-goal points are not claimed. Award to highest overall points unless objective criteria justify otherwise. NYDA reserves the right to award in full or in part. 2. Monthly supply and delivery for 6 months:

• 2-ply toilet rolls (pack of 10) – 21 per month
• 5L hand lotion, fragrance-free – 1 per month
• 5L hand wash soap – 2 per month
• 5L pine gel – 6 per month
• 5L Handy Andy – 6 per month
• 20L waste bin liners (pack of 20) – 3 per month
• Long-sleeve reusable cleaning gloves – 4 per month
• 200ml air freshener – 21 per month
• 5L dishwashing liquid – 8 per month
• 300ml furniture polish – 12 per month
• 5L toilet detergent – 3 per month
• 5L thick bleach liquid – 6 per month

Pricing schedule template provided with line items for once-off delivery and monthly supply (6 months). Mandatory for Stage 1 compliance:
