Evaluation will use the 80/20 point scoring system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022. Scope: Repair broken steps at Unit 3 Bio-2 and Bio-3, and replace the main hole cover at Module 3 at Northern Works. Deliverables: 1) Repair broken steps at Unit 3 Bio-3. 2) Repair broken steps at Unit 3 Bio-2. 3) Supply Ingco 20V cordless grinder, drill, wrench, rotary hammer, and lamp kit with bag and accessories. 4) Supply 3x 4.0AH 20V extra lithium batteries. 5) Supply a 101-piece drill bit kit set. Quotations must follow the provided template/format and consult the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) issued in the RFQ. All quotes must be on company letterhead and include brand names where required.

Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Only firm prices will be accepted; non-firm prices (e.g., subject to exchange rate variations) will not be considered. Submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point if applicable. Offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed destination. Pricing must be in South African Rand (ZAR).
