VAT, VAT amount, and total amount incl. VAT. All applicable taxes must be included; failure to do so will lead to disqualification. Late submissions will not be accepted. Required returnable documents: Original Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/valid SARS PIN, certified/original/valid B-BBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit, municipal rates and taxes proof (not older than 90 days in arrears), signed Declaration of Interest form (MBD 4), Declaration of Bidder’s past SCM practices (MBD 8), Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination (MBD 9), proof of CSD registration/MAAA Supplier Number, Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1), company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders. Ensure all MBD forms are duly completed and signed. Submit a copy of a valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days. Quotations without brand names (where required) will not be accepted. Joint Venture Agreements (if applicable) must be properly signed by all parties.

Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points allocated to price, 20 points allocated for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022. Preference points apply. Non-compliant B-BBEE affidavits will score zero for B-BBEE points.

Supply, deliver, and commission a fibreglass or similar guard house at Ennerdale Depot. Minimum dimensions: 1.5m (L) x 1.5m (W) x 2.1m (H). Features: two fixed windows (730x730mm with toughened glass), lockable door with a fixed windowpane (500x500mm with toughened glass), walls and roof to be 25mm thick plus paint and surface protector. Electrical: 2x double socket plugs, 2x interior dual LED lights, 2x IP66 flood lights (100W), 2x 30Amp circuit breakers, 2x dual light switches, 100m of 2.5mm 3-core electrical cable to connect from existing DP box with 30Amp isolators. Additional: 2x wall-mounted fan heaters, construction of a 2x2m concrete base with minimum 100mm thickness, safety file, and Certificate of Compliance (COC) issued by a registered electrician. Supplier must provide all necessary tools and equipment. Guard house must carry a minimum 12-month warranty. No upfront payment will be processed.

Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Pricing must be firm (non-firm prices will not be considered). Offer validity period: 60 days from closing date. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price. Pricing schedule must be submitted as per MBD 3.1 (firm prices only).
