Scope: Horizontal directional drilling under road for HDPE pipe connection at Ennerdale Depot (actual drilling location: Lenasia Ext 10). Deliverables: 1. Supply and installation of 15m of 20mm HDPE Pipe (Class 16, SABS ISO 4427 approved). 2. Provide 1 Safety File. Supplier must perform drilling and installation (machine not supplied). Mandatory: Attach CIDB 1GB grading. Additional requirements: Full completion of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification, Attachment of datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality requirements where applicable. Quotations must be on PDF and company letterhead.

Pricing must be firm (no price adjustments allowed). Total quotation value must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL). Submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point if applicable. Offer validity period: 60 days from closing date. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price. B-BBEE: Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS/DTI/CIPC accredited) or compliant sworn affidavit (non-compliant affidavits score zero). Municipal compliance: Valid municipal rates/taxes clearance (not older than 90 days in arrears).
