Electrical: 1x distribution board with earth leakage and circuit breaker, 1x 4ft fluorescent light, 1x waterproof bowl light, 2x single lever light switches, 2x 16amp double plug points. Plumbing: 1x toilet set (no cubicle), 1x basin with hot water and pedestal, 1x 150L geyser with isolator, 1x shower room with pivot glass. Flooring: 4m x 2.4m vinyl, 2m x 2.4m rubberised.
