The highest total score (technical + preference) ranks the bidder; ties broken by technical score then alphabetical order. Scope: Provide design, manufacture, supply, installation, maintenance and removal of signage; design and supply of corporate clothing; supply of promotional/branding items.

• Signage must comply with SANS 1186‑1 or equivalent ISO standards and local municipal regulations; use durable, weather‑resistant materials.
• Corporate clothing to incorporate IDC logo, be of high‑quality, sustainable material, preferably South African made.
• Promotional items to be practical, durable, eco‑friendly and suitable for wear/use outside work.
• Services to be offered in at least five of the nine provinces listed (Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Free State, KwaZulu‑Natal, Limpopo, Northern Cape, Northwest, Western Cape).
