Submit one original, one hard copy, and an electronic copy. Envelope must be sealed, clearly marked with the RFP reference number, and placed in the tender box at the SANRAL gauteng provincial office reception area (38 ida street, menlo park, pretoria, 0081) before the closing date and time. Bids remain valid and binding for 90 calendar days from the closing date; prices must remain firm during this period unless contract price adjustments apply.
