Submit fully completed bid documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with 'BID NO: 34-2025/2026' and the bidder’s name and address. Deposit in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor, Mogalakwena Local Municipality, 54 Retief Street, Mokopane, 0601, by no later than 12:00 on 29 June 2026. Bids received via fax, email, telegraph, telephone, or late will not be considered. Bids will be opened in public. Download bid documents free of charge from www.mogalakwena.gov.za or www.etenders.gov.za.

Submit 1 original hard copy in a sealed envelope AND 1 electronic copy via MBDA Vendor Portal (https://remote.mbda.co.za/) or USB by 17 June 2026 at 12h00. Envelope and files must be clearly marked: "BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES (MBDA RMS 14/25-26)". Deposit hard copy in the MBDA tender box on the 1st Floor, Tramways Building, Corner Lower Valley Road & South Union Street, Central, GQEBERHA. Only bids on official MBDA documentation will be accepted. Late, incomplete, emailed, or faxed bids will be rejected. All pages must be initialed.
