The tender is submitted using the form of offer and acceptance (part c1.1) With a schedule of deviations. Pricing must be submitted in the bill of quantities (part c2). The tenderer must complete and sign the offer block, including the offered total of prices inclusive of VAT in words and figures. Key people must be appended to the tender schedule.
