Packaging: torn, unsealed, loose or compromised packaging may be deemed non-responsive and disqualified. Returnable forms: all mandatory forms must be completed and signed, including the popi act consent form (separate form for each jv party). Incomplete submissions are null and void and non-responsive. Disqualification risks: failure to provide any mandatory information, misrepresentation of information, or omission of required documents.
