• Obtain official tender documents: Purchase physically for R200 (non-refundable, cash only) from the supply chain office, or request electronically free of charge via email to [email protected]. • Submit in a sealed A4 envelope: Clearly mark with tender number (T011/2025/26), tender description, and bidder’s name. • Deposit in Tender Box 1, Level 01, Foyer C reception area, DHL Stadium, Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Green Point, Cape Town. • Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted. • CTS reserves the right to reject any tender not suitably endorsed or comprehensively completed, and to accept the tender in whole or part.

Submit bids by the closing date and time (15 July 2026, 12:00 PM) to the bid box at the specified street address. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not re-typed) or online. Attendance at the compulsory tender briefing session on 24 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at Cape Town Station (Shosholoza Meyl Waiting Area) is mandatory; failure to attend will result in disqualification. Successful bidders must sign a written contract (SBD7) and provide documentary proof of Workmen’s Compensation, Securities, and Insurance within 30 working days of award notification.

Submit quotations in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with quotation number (SMQ75-25-26) and description. Place in the Municipal Quotation Box at Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, before 11h00 on 12 June 2026. Use only prescribed quotation documents. Late submissions, emails, or faxes will not be accepted. Technical inquiries must be in writing to the responsible official. No inquiries will be handled in the last two days before closing. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Quotation box is open 24/7 (opening size: 10cm high, 33cm wide).

Required returnable documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire (SBD 4), Declaration of Interests (SBD 4), Schedule of Proposed Subcontractors, Declaration of Bidder’s Past SCM Practices, Certificate of Independent Bid Determination, Capacity of Bidder, Preference Certificate, Priced Bills of Quantities, Valid Tax Clearance/Compliance Certificate (SARS), B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate, CIDB Registration Confirmation, VAT Registration Certificate, COID Certificate, Proof of Address (municipal accounts/lease agreement for bidder and directors), and CIPC registration documents (CK1, CK2, CM1, CM2, CM27, CM31, CM46 if applicable). Joint ventures must submit a signed Joint Venture Agreement and separate compliance documents for each partner. Failure to submit any required document may disqualify the bid.
