Submit electronically via Eskom E-Tendering portal (http://etendering.eskom.co.za) by the closing date and time. All documents must be in PDF format. Maximum upload size per document: 500MB; total submission limit: 4GB. No ZIP files or hard copies accepted. Latest submission version overrides previous ones. Ensure submission status shows as 'complete'. Suppliers are responsible for timely submission. Resubmissions nullify prior versions. This is a market-testing exercise; Eskom reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest. Respondents bear all costs; Eskom will not cover any expenses.

Total submission size must not exceed 4 GB. • Do not submit zip/compressed files. • Ensure the submission status is marked as 'complete' on the portal. • If resubmitting, only the latest version will be accepted; all previous submissions will be void. • Proposal must include: owner name, contact details, building location, size, layout, amenities, asking price, and any other pertinent information. • Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring submission before the deadline and for all costs incurred.

Submit two (2) complete documents via e-Tenders by 11:00 on 06 July 2026: one technical proposal and one financial proposal. Both must be sealed and labeled with "ARC/20/08/2025/1" and your company name. Late, emailed, faxed, or tender box submissions are not accepted. Failure to submit both documents will disqualify your bid. Ensure all required SBD forms are completed and signed.
