Methodology must include preliminary programme and cash-flow projections. Scope: supply and install 20.5 km boundary game fence at Oviston Nature Reserve. Contract period: 12 months from site handover. Pricing via Bills of Quantities; rates fixed for contract duration, VAT shown separately. Performance bond/guarantee/surety required from preferred tenderer, format per contract data. Employer may request bank ratings to establish financial capacity. Gross calculation errors, omissions, under/overpricing render bid non-responsive. Bidders must not exceed CIDB grading threshold by more than 15% in combination with other simultaneous contracts.

Mandatory: CSD registration (proof uploaded in month of bid closing), CIDB grade 4SQ or higher (certificate attached), tax compliance verified via CSD (PIN or TCS certificate), CK documents, Workman's Compensation Registration Certificate, Resolution of signatory signed by directors. JV members each CIDB-registered and submit signed JV agreement. Bidders must not be on Register of Tender Defaulters. Local content: 20% (SBD 6.2). Specific goals require CSD report, CIPRO certificate, medical certificate, proof of address. Bidders currently on ECPTA projects must have at least 70% completion at bid closure.
