Bidder must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must be tax compliant (provide SARS PIN/TCS certificate or CSD number). Must not be a person in the service of the state or a company with directors in state service. Must achieve a minimum functionality score of 65% in Phase 1 evaluation (based on years of experience supported by reference letters). Scope of Work:

• Verify all site measurements before fabrication.
• Manufacture, supply, deliver, and install kitchen cupboards.
• Supply and install countertops (Granite or Formica option).
• Install all hardware and accessories.
• Ensure proper levelling, alignment, and secure fixing.
• Seal all joints and exposed edges.
• Remove rubble and leave the site clean.
• Colour of cupboards and countertops will be confirmed with the successful bidder prior to manufacture.

Technical Specifications:

• Carcass: 18mm white melamine board; moisture-resistant board for sink units; all exposed edges sealed; joints glued and mechanically fixed; units must be rigid, square, and structurally sound.
• Doors & Drawer Fronts: 18mm melamine; smooth finish free of defects; all exposed edges fitted with 2mm impact-resistant PVC edging.
• Edging: 2mm PVC edging on all exposed edges; machine applied (iron-on not permitted); heat sealed and moisture resistant.
• Hardware: Soft-close concealed hinges; heavy-duty drawer runners (minimum 35kg load rating); adjustable legs; stainless steel handles; corrosion-resistant screws and fixings.
• Countertops - Granite Option: 20mm or 30mm polished granite; all edges polished; sink and hob cut-outs included; sealed against moisture penetration.
• Countertops - Formica Option: 32mm postform laminated countertop; high-pressure laminate finish; moisture-resistant backing board; 2mm PVC sealed edges.

• B-BBEE: Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) to qualify for preference points.
