Evaluation Criteria
Source: 2Air Purification Valves.pdf (unknown)No evaluation criteria specified in the provided document sections.
Technical Specifications
Source: 2Air Purification Valves.pdf (unknown)The tender relates to Doc. No. ENS-NW-LST-24002, Rev. No. 5, listing valves for a Low-Level Waste Plasma Gasification (NW PlasGas) demonstration project. It covers manual and actuated valves.
Valve Types: The valve list details ball valves and one globe valve (instrument air). Valve sizes are predominantly 15mm, 25mm and 40mm.
Valve tags cover: ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-154-CB (valve size 15), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-177-CB (valve size 25), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-195-CB (valve size 15), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-091-CB (valve size 15), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-177-CB (valve size 25), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-177-CB (25mm), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-154-CB (15mm), ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-195-CB (15mm), and ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-190-CB (15mm). Multiple valves also reference AI 17 177 with a 25mm size and AI 17 195 with a 15mm size.
The valve list includes one globe valve (globe valve tag ENS-NWPVR-AI-17-103-CB, 40mm) and mentions instrument air in several lines, though the valve list primarily repeats ball valves; repeated entries suggest either duplicates or separate line items for similar valves.
Design Pressure: 1965 kPa for all valves, based on fluid (air/gas) and design temperature of 38°C. Operating conditions include 1965 kPa(g) and 38°C, consistent across entries. Instrument air process connections indicate working system as 'Instrument Air'.
Valves should be supplied as per ASTM A105/A216 WCB body materials with 316 SS trim; flanges are 150# with RF (raised face) connections.
No explicit quantities are stated on the valve list, only sizes, tags, and a count of '1' per line item. It appears that the count '1' in the quantity column is the number of valves per tag line, making the total in the extracted portion 10 valves. All ball valves are either actuated valves with pneumatic fail-closed (FC) or fail-open (FO) solenoid positions, or manual ball valves. Globe valve is specified as a manual globe valve; the remaining valves are either manual ball valves or actuated ball valves.
