Submission hours: 08:00–16:00 on weekdays. Deadline: 30 July 2026 at 11:00. Late submissions will not be accepted. Use only original stamped bid documentation provided by NMBM—do not retype or copy. Bids from tenderers who did not attend the compulsory briefing (if applicable) will be disqualified. Tenders will be publicly opened shortly after 11:00 on 30 July 2026 at both SCM offices.

All tenderers must be registered on the Municipality’s supplier database. Non-registered tenderers will not be considered. Preference may be given to previously disadvantaged small and medium contractors as per the Municipality’s SCM Policy. Bidders must comply with all municipal policies, including SCM Policy Section 22(1)(b)(ii), (iii), and (iv).
