The appointed training provider will be expected to deliver a comprehensive program that
includes, but is not limited to:
• Theoretical and practical learning sessions with delegates.
• Assessment of delegates on the knowledge and skills acquired.
• Group training delivered according to a pre-approved schedule.
• Registration of learners and completion of Trinity College London assessment for all
foundation phase modules.
Provider Requirements
The preferred service provider must meet the following criteria:
Accreditation
of 16
Registered with a Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) and/or QCTO, or with an
accredited training institution.
Outcomes-based training aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and credit-
bearing
Submission of the most updated BBBEE certificate.
Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Proposal Submission
Interested providers are invited to submit their proposals with all required documentation and
course details. Quotations should be per group and not per individual. Proposals must
demonstrate the provider’s ability to deliver training that is both practical and outcomes-based,
ensuring Artscape staff are equipped with the relevant music literacy skills.
Registration on database
Prospective service providers are invited to self-register on the CSD website www.csd.gov.za
Please include a copy of your BBBEE certificate and Employment Equity Compliance
Certificate.
