Deposit in the bid box at Polokwane Municipality, Civic Centre, corner Bodenstein and Landdros Mare Street by 10:00 on 24 June 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be completed in black ink (no pencil or erasable ink). Required returnable documents: valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) number, fully completed and signed bid forms (each page initialed), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable, signed by all parties), proof of payment of municipal rates/taxes or tribal authority letter/valid lease agreement, and identity document (if sole proprietor/partnership). Bids remain valid for 90 days after closing.
