Required documents: Quotation (with reference number, validity period, delivery period, CSD Master registration number (MAAA), and tax compliance status PIN), completed SBD 4 form, e-filing copy of valid Tax Clearance certificate, certified copy of ID document, original/certified copy of company registration (CIPC). Quotes must be on company letterhead and include VAT registration number if applicable. Quotes must be detailed, specifying services and costs. Late submissions will not be accepted. Failure to complete the SBD 4 form may result in disqualification.

Evaluation uses an 80/20 scoring system: 80 points for price, 20 points for Specific Goals and Preferential Points. Preferential points breakdown: Black ownership (10 pts), Women ownership (5 pts), Disability (2 pts), Youth ownership (3 pts). Proof required for each claimed point: certified ID and company registration/CSD report for race, women, and youth; medical certificate from HPCSA-registered practitioner for disability. Appointment not necessarily based on lowest quote.

Provide 1 x Basic Life Support Medic and 1 x Intermediate Life Support Medic with a fully equipped ambulance on-site for full days from 26 to 28 May 2026 at Lagoon Beach, Cape Town. Medical plan must be included.

Quotes must specify detailed services and costs. Market-related prices will be negotiated with the preferred service provider. All quoted prices must be valid (firm) for the duration of the order. Prices dependent on exchange rates must factor in price escalations. No upfront payment; payment will be made upon receipt of goods/services and within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice.

Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Required compliance documents: CSD Master registration number (MAAA), valid Tax Clearance certificate (e-filing copy), certified ID copy, original/certified CIPC company registration. VAT registration number must be included if applicable.

Open to natural or juristic persons, including joint ventures or consortia. Disqualification applies if: - Bidder or any director/trustee/shareholder/member/partner or controlling person is employed by the state (unless fully disclosed). - Bidder is listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. - Undeclared conflicts of interest or prior involvement in corrupt practices exist. Bids must comply with South African procurement, competition, and anti-corruption laws.

Bidders must complete and submit a Declaration of Interest form, disclosing: - Any state employment of the bidder, directors, trustees, shareholders, members, partners, or persons with controlling interest. - Any relationship with employees of the procuring institution. - Any interest in related enterprises bidding for this contract.
